This policy covers this website at lazyloop.ai and its waitlist form. Lazyloop is not open yet, and the only personal information this website asks for is what you type into the waitlist form. “Lazyloop”, “we” and “us” mean the team behind this website, which you can reach at privacy@lazyloop.ai.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist. Your work email address and, if you give it, your company’s name. We store them with the time you joined and the version of this policy you were shown.
When you visit. Like every website, ours receives some technical information with each request your browser makes: your IP address and the country it is in, the page asked for, the time, how our servers answered, details of the secure connection, and your browser’s user agent and the other headers it sends, except cookies, sign-in headers, the referring page and forwarded addresses. We keep it in access and firewall logs, which we use only to run the website, keep it secure and stop abuse.
Cookies and tracking. This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools, runs no scripts, and loads nothing from other companies’ servers.
How we use it
We use your email address and company name only to decide when to invite you to Lazyloop and to email you about early access. We don’t send marketing email about anything else, and we don’t sell or share your information.
We send no email when you join, so the form never tells anyone whether an address is already on the list.
To keep bots from filling the list, we count recent signups from each IP address. Each count is stored under a one-way code made from the IP address with a secret key, never the address itself, and is deleted within days after its hour ends.
Who handles it
Amazon Web Services runs this website, as our service provider. Its network serves pages from locations in North America, Europe and Israel, processes the waitlist form in transit in the AWS region nearest you, and passes it to servers in the United States, where the waitlist is stored. Google Workspace carries our email when you write to us or we write to you. Neither may use your information for its own purposes.
We disclose information when the law requires it, or when we must to protect the rights, property or safety of Lazyloop, the people on the waitlist or others.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist entries: at most 12 months after you join. Then they are deleted automatically, unless you were invited and created an account, which the policy of the Lazyloop service covers.
- Backups: a deleted entry stays in our backups for up to 35 days, then it is gone.
- Access and firewall logs: 90 days.
- Logs of the waitlist service: 30 days. They record whether each signup went through, never your email address, your company or your IP address.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at privacy@lazyloop.ai to see the information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. We answer within 45 days, and we won’t treat you differently for asking. Deleting your entry takes you off the waitlist.
California residents. California law gives you the rights above, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to have it deleted. We do not sell or share personal information, as the CCPA defines those terms.
Do Not Track. This website does not track you over time or across other websites, so it treats every visit the same, whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. No other company collects information about you through this website.
Children
This website is for people at businesses. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
Your information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and only the people who run Lazyloop can read the waitlist.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page before it takes effect. If a change would let us use information you already gave us in a new way, we will ask for your consent first. The policy version at the top of this page is the date of this version.
